the product looks clumsy, something about the proportions looks wierd. it is also uncomfortable for my 3 year old. there is a piece behind the heel which pushes her feet into the toe separator. also, the part for the velcro is unusually wide, but short and does not seem very secure. my 3 year old never wears it. i would not recommend this product.

Shoes feel real comfortable when you touch/squeeze the instep area, however, they weren''t as comfortable on "my" left foot.Didn''t feel as cushiony when I walked on the kitchen floor vs the carpeted area.The right foot felt fine.The peep toe area felt a little tight.

These are just beautiful shoes and sooo very comfortable.The do however run very small, so order at least a 1/2 size bigger.I wear an 8 and the 8.5 was too small.They are really very classey.

This is an extremely comfortable shoe that easily transitions from work into evening.The heel height and soft insole are ideal and these can easily be worn with pants or a skirt.I gave the shoes 4 starts for two reasons, both of which are simply a matter of taste but are things I believe differ somewhat from the picture.First, they are a bit darker than the image shown I was expecting a lighter camel color and they are a shade or two darker than expected.It''s still a very nice shade and neutral enough to go with just about anything.The toe is also rounder than it appears in fact, very round, so wearing with pants can make your feet look smaller.Again, these are style preferences that differ for each person.Overall, these are great shoes for the price and definitely comfortable enough to wear all day.

The shoes are comfy and nice. I got the black pair and they are very cute and versatile as well. I wore them for the first time to a wedding today and I walked quite a bit. They were an easy break in and my feet only started to hurt towards the end (after much standing and walking). My only complaint is that in the picture, they have a "leather" lining on the inside of the shoe, and when I got them they have a cloth interior with silver innersoles, much like the other colors.I prefer the "leather" but it''s no big deal. Overall I like them.

These are really pretty in person. I bought them in black and the fabric is shimmery, like the beach at sunset. They are casual enough to be worn during the day but the shimmer makes them elegant. The footbed is cushioned and comfortable and the fabric is a little stretchy and not painful at all. Also, the tread is rugged enough that I don''t feel like I''m going to slip and fall (I''m not used to wearing platforms at all). My favorite part, though, is the velcro. What could be better than an elegant shoe that is comfortable and easy to slip in and out of? I bet the sandstone color would look really beautiful. Once I get practiced at walking with a natural gait, these might become my favorite shoes.

I love the fact that the shoes are high and the cushioned foot bed does contribute to comfort of wearing these 4 inch-heels. However, the only cons of these shoes is that the heels have the weight that you can feel. Hence it is a bit clog-ish. Sandstone color also is nice because it''s shimmery and easily able to make a transition from casual work environment to dinner or night out. I''ve worn them for about 4 hours standing and walking and the foot beds did help me during the course of activies. Although these shoes provided prolonged comfort and effortlessly fashionable statement compared to other heels I own, I could definitely feel ball of my feet felt pressured about at the end of wearing these. Foot inserts can definitely extend the period of your comfort. If you don''t mind feeling a bit of weight of the heels I do recommend getting these.

Birki''s Tahiti Soft Footbed Sandal

This is a lovely sandal but beware of the sizing.I have returned a pair already.I was measured as a 39 for Birkis ( which I was told run longer than Birkenstock). Well, I found that this is not entirely true, especially if you order a soft footbed.Although I was measured for 39 ....I wear 9 US....I found it was too short to fit properly according to the Birkis suggestions on where heel and toes must go.So now I must reorder a size larger and hope that it''s not a huge leap.Unfortunately you cannot order half sizes in this as that would probably be perfect.

Beware of the sizing.

Of all the Birkenstocks I have had--and that is many--this style is my very favorite.I have had them in black, navy, tan, and silver.I have quite a few other styles but the basic style of these is suitable for just about any outfit.I suffer from Neuropathy, and cant wear just any shoes.Also, my feet are quite narrow, and if a sandal isnt adjustable, it isnt narrow enough for my skinny feet.If your feet are wide, they will adjust to fit wide feet too.

I got these because of the good reviews, but had a few problems.First off, my 2nd toe is about 1/4" longer than my big toe (a former boyfriend told me that was a sign I was athletic. He got points for that.) so I couldn''t find a size that was comfortable.They were either too big, or too short & my athletic toe had to curl under.They''re also really flat, so my feet hurt after a half-hour.

They ARE warm.REALLY warm.At first, that was great, but then my feet got really sweaty...which made them cold.REALLY cold.

I guess I could have just gotten the ''too big'' pair & worn socks, but I can wear my tennies with socks if I want to go that route.
