I do best in shoe lasts that have a wider toe and narrow heel.Buying this shoe in the length recommended after a foot measurement works best for me.Still, my right foot is1/8" shorter.As others complained, the velcro strip on the tops should cover a longer area so we people with narrow feet can cinch the shoe tighter.I solved this by going to a shoe repair guy who sewed on some extra velcro on the tops.I don''t know why the shoe manufacturers can''t do this--it doesn''t effect the look of the shoe. The arch support is reasonable (I have high arches) and the padding is comfortable.

Good casual sandal I''ve owned for six months and more, it''s held up extremely well, the velcro is good quality and the straps/buckles that I at first thought would probably disintegrate very quickly have proven surprisingly durable.It is light, comfortable and provides reasonable support, great for all day wear or casual afternoons.
The colors have not faded, they clean easily and still looks good even after getting everything from salt water to grease spilled on them.
Recommended yes, definately.

I love to be barefoot but it''s not always practical. The idea of comfortable shoes that would help keep me connected to Mother Earth seemed brilliant, and, yes, just a wee bit hokey. But I am the girl who taped crystals to my body. Copper in my shoes is not a huge leap for me.It was hard to choose between the sandals the clogs. Since I live in Florida I went with the sandals, specifically the Napa sandals in black and burgundy.
Juil footwear is available primarily on-line. My sandals arrived quickly and came in a lovely box with an interesting carrying bag. The sandals have five little round copper discs at the toes, and another at the heel.
I am usually a solid size eight, but my new sandals were very tight definitely too small. Juil was very kind and quick about getting me a size nine, which fit well.
After wearing the sandals for a couple of weeks I have to say I am happy with them. They aren''t inexpensive, but they are very well-made. The foot bed is covered in leather and very comfortable. They feel good on my feet. They don''t flex at all, which some people might not like but doesn''t bother me. And they still look new after a few weeks of hard Florida wear.
But the big question, of course, is this. Do I feel more grounded and more connected to the Earth when I wear them? Actually, yeah, I do. I feel more focused, too a benefit of being grounded.
Metaphysicians say that copper is a conduit and amplifier, which is how it can conduct the energies of the Earth. Copper is thought to be of specific benefit to the root chakra; the chakra that grounds us.
As high-end sandals go my Juil Napa Sandals are as good or better as others I have tried Birkenstock, Earth Shoes, etc. The grounding copper works for me. I have spent years attuning myself to the energy of gemstones and minerals. Someone less attuned may or may not feel the benefits, but they would be benefitted nonetheless.

I am a size 10.5 and purchased an 11 as I have flat feet. I thought the extra 0.5 in length would help in the width but it didn''t. I am returning them as I doubt that the over time stretch would be enough to make me feel comfortable. For normal feet, I guess this pair should be fine.

I wanted some comfortable flip-flops to throw on when I go out to check the mail, run a short errand, or just to support my feet when working in the kitchen.I saw good reviews for these somewhere, so I gave them a try.I really like them!The footbed looks kind of like plastic in the picture, but it is SO cushy!It is more like a very soft rubber that will form to your individual foot over time. They have arch support, a must for me.I cannot wear completely flat, support-less shoes of any kind. The only reason I give them a four instead of a five is because 1) the toe area is a little long even though the rest of the length of the shoe is perfect for me (maybe I have shorter than average toes???), and 2) I got the brown to match my mostly earth-tone summer wardrobe, and they have a thin purple stripe (Purple?! Really!! With brown?!) on the inside edge of the thong that seems totally pointless and matches nothing.Nonetheless, it is very thin and hardly noticeable, and they are so comfortable otherwise, I just choose to not care about the purple stripe.I am considering ordering them in black as well.The bumpy area around the arch did feel a little strange at first, but my feet quickly adjusted to it, just like wearing a thong after a winter of close-toed shoes. I ordered these to replace my New Balance "N-Sense" flip flops. They were SO comfy, I hoped these would be too. These are more narrow and the footbed isn''t quite as squishy, but they might hold up better due to that. I have wide (not wide enough to ever need a ''wide'' width in shoes), flat feet. So if you have narrow to average feet, you''re good to go. If you have wide feet, go get the N-Sense model. Both are great.

This boot arrived and I was very excited. I loved, loved, loved the color. It fit well, I wear a 10 and it fit perfectly in the foot. The problem was the boot shaft. I believe the measurement was a 15 inch circumference? I didn''t measure but I think it was a generous 15 inches. I can easily wear a 14 1/2 with no issues.After I zipped it up, I could EASILY push my hand all the way down the shaft almost to my ankle.A little big to say the least. If you are looking for a larger calved boot, this might be for you. The zipper is gored. (The area behind the zipper is connected by a triangle of suede.) This made the boot shaft stick out more.That was my whole issue with this boot.I admit to being picky about the way the top of the boot fits. So if this is your issue as well, you may want to pass on it. I returned mine. :(They run half size bigger than my actual size, but it is ok since I can wear them with jeans and thick shocks.
These boots are Fall-Winter look but not for snowing days. Nevertheless, they look great and are super comfortable.

I love them! I have worn them all day and they never hurt my feet at all, very comfortable! These have become my go to boots for almost everything and they are very stylish. The only thing that I noticed was that there is very little "grab" when you first wear them, they are slippery on a smooth surface until they get a little wear.

wish they weren''t so expensive. they are so wonderful and comfy and hug your feet. very good quality, super fast shipping even when i ordered another size from overseas. these felt too narrow at first, but they conform to your foot nicely.The footbed takes on the shape of your foot and gets more comfortable as it breaks in.I have wide feet, and this sandal is one of the few that do not have sides that cause irregularities under the extreme edges of my foot.The adapting footbed seems to take care of feet that spill over the edge.I have been wearing this sandal for several months now, and if it were a little less pricey, I would buy more pairs to have them around.
Previous pair were worn to death and I could not part with them for 8 years.
I hope this pair lasts as long.
