I received these sandals and was very surprised with the quality and design. Mizuno is known to be a very good to great product, and in that respect these sandal will not disappoint. One point to keep in mind, i heard their shoes normally run one size too small. I took this is consideration and order one size large than I normally wear and it was a perfect fit!! I only wish I would have ordered a second pair!!

These are unusual, so of course I had to have them. The price was right and the quality is very good. But, they feel a bit awkward to walk in. I feel slightly like I am walking in flippers! I just packed this one to return with sadness. I REALLY wanted it. The problem was the knuckle for my big toe, not the sandal. I wear an 8 1/2 in FF sandals and moving to a 9 would have been too big. But the front strap on this sandal sits just a little lower than the Ollo or other sandals and it was putting pressure on my scrunched up big toe. I don''t think the shoe itself runs small. So, I was browsing around for a lilac or purple pump. I was just about to buy a beautiful lilac/purplish pump by G.Zanotti but then came across this find. Love the design, the deep almost black purple hue and the heel height. Now, the only way to confirm if I really like it, is to see it, hold it and try it on when it arrives this week. Great fit however several decorative gems fell out after wearing them only once. Now they look like I got them from a second hand store. Very disappointed they looked so pretty in the box and fit so well but poorly made.

I bought two pair of these shoes; the heels came with three tops; the flats came with two tops and I bought one top separately.I do not feel comfortable walking in the flip flops or heels and asked if they could be returned.They responded the next day that they could be returned for a credit only.I then asked if the tops could be returned also that came with the heels.I was going to exchange for the sling back tops which have a strap.Their policy is you have 14 days in which to return.When I didn''t hear from them I wrote again asking if they were trying to run the clock down.I received a reply saying that they that already responded.I wrote back again including the same email that I included previously proving that I asked the second question and did not have a reply.My 14 days have passed and I still have not received a reply.If you order from them BEWARE there are no refunds.Just about everyone accepts refunds.Some may charge a restocking fee but they will give you a refund.There''s nothing else they sell that I would use the credit on.I wasted over $160. :(
