These are really beautiful and constructed well, especially for the price. I''ve always liked J.Renee, and this was not a disappointment. Wonderful color, and I think can be worn year round, especially in TX. They are a teeny bit narrow, but I think they will stretch a little. They are also a little slick on the bottom. I have not yet worn them; I think I will give them a workout in the house first. What a pleasant surprise! These shoes appeared well-tailored with lots of little touches like a non-slide inner sole, arch support & impeccable stitching.Just got them, so I can''t comment on longevity, but they appear true-to-size and just ridiculously flattering.My feet tend to swell and I worried about them appearing puffy over the top, but the classic lines really minimized this to great advantage.
The heel was the perfect height for all day comfort.I don''t think the pic does these shoes justice.I liked them so much, I immediately got back online to search for additional shoes from this designer.

I actually ordered the faux snakeskin version of this shoe but was sent this plain tan version.Turns out it was a mistake in how the shoes were linked on the website and the snakeskin one''s were not even available.I did try the tan one''s on when I got them and they were narrower than expected and the top cut into the top of my foot.I might have put up with the pain or paid to have them streatched for the snakeskin version but not for these. They are cute in person, but a little more conservitive than I prefer.

Loved the golf sandals!I ordered a 1/2 size bigger than I normally wear because they did not come in 1/2 sizes, I probably should have ordered 1/2 smaller they seem to run a little big.However, they were very comfortable and look good on my feet.I love this golf sandal even more than I thought I would! It is extremely comfortable and has great support. I think it is a much better sandal than a lot of the higher priced ones. It does run just a little bit big. So if you wear a 7 1/2 shoe for example, you will want to order a 7 in this sandal.

I tried these shoes on in a store so I had the benefit of knowing the size prior to ordering online.That said, the velcro strap allows for custom fit for the back of the shoe.I wear between a 9 and 9-1/2 and the European size 40 fit fine in front and in back.The strap originally hit the ankle bone on one foot but adjusting the velcro strap eliminated that and the shoe was very comfortable the rest of the day.I would recommend any of the Spring Step shoes.They are all leather, made with quality and the sandals come with an additional heel when the original one wears down.Spring Step is my new favorite shoe brand.Very unusual styles.You will get lots of compliments on these shoes.Want Spring Step Women''s Flourish Sandal Discount?

my heel wouldn''t stay on when walking, and i don''t think my heel is too wide for size 38 shoe.so to me, the back is too skinny.
the velcro closure hits right at the malleolus (that bone that sticks out on the inside of the stance), which would become annoying IF i were to wear it for any length of time.
all these reasons, will be returning it.

These are a five star for styling for sure. However, personally I can''t wear footwear that is so flat for long as my arches tire and the soles are very smooth and slippery. A suggestion would be to have some sort of scoring or patterning stamped/engraved on the soles.Back to the style the beading is very well executed, not cheaply done at all and very pretty indeed. I bought the Brown where the decorations are `bronze'' but would purchase the black also, although the decoration on the `black'' seem to be crystal colour beads and not necessarily what would be expected for `black'' slippers. There are cheaper slippers in the general style family (ethnic, Indian...) I''m sure, but these are very good quality in both styling, workmanship and material.

At first when I saw these online I thought the heel height was a bit intimidating but they''re not bad at all. They do require getting a little used to and I would suggest these to someone who has experienced walking in high heels before otherwise you might have a little trouble walking in these.
They''re surprisingly light weight, the only problem I have is these shoes tend to get scratched easily so beware. I would say these are good for occasionally going out but not to wear everyday.

The options to choose the shoe colors are incorrect. When choosing the picture for the patent leather it is actually the regular Black PU. i was so excited when i ordered these shoes. First of all, these shoes arrived a week after the estimated arrival which upset me greatly since i was highly eager. then when they finally got here,they sent me the wrong shoes! i ordered the patent shoes (shiny) and i even reviewed my order form to see if maybe it was an error on my part. and it wasnt i infact ordered the patent wedges and was sent the pu wedges (non shiny)>_< the shoes non the less were very comfortable and since these shoes took so long to get here im not even going to return them who knows how long itll take before the new pair get here. then to top it off after trying them on and modeling them around the house to show them to my family the label inside the shoe peeled off....in short, beautiful shoe, very comfortable.
