As with most of my workout shoes, I ordered a half size larger than I usually wear.These shoes fit my feet perfectly and are much lighter weight than you''d think.I weight train 3 days a week and do cardio on 3 other days (Zumba, Piloxing, etc).These shoes work for everything.I''d order them again.
