my feet hurt all the time but not with these shoes on my feet! very happy! Ihave fibormyalgia and MS and its good to find such a goodfeeling shoe.

I work in retail and love my Born shoes! I''ve tried switching it up with other brands, but also go back to Born. The shoes are comfortable. They withstand those long days (especially holiday time being 50-60 hours a week). I''m a young professional and appreciate the comfort and that they don''t look frumpy!

I have problems with my feet.Often my feet are sore while wearing particular shoes or the day after wearing a particular shoe.I don''t have that problem with these.I generally wear an 8 but purchased an 8.5 to ensure my toes weren''t crowded.These fit wonderfully with socks and they''re nice work shoes to wear with slacks.

I love these shoes. The burnished red is very attractive and different. It''s a lower profile shoe that doesn''t look clunky like a lot of shoes in this style. The leather is very pliable and the insole is very comfortable even though it''s not cushy (I don''t know how they do that, but I like it). The arch support is fine for me.

It does have a very snug fit. I almost returned these because I was concerned they were going to be uncomfortably tight. But after wearing them around the house for a while, I didn''t have any rubbing or pain, so I''ve kept them and worn them happily.

If you wear an orthotic, you probably have to size up. I find that any kind of sock beyond a thin one makes the shoe far too tight. I generally wear them barefoot without any problems. I tried a half size up in this shoe and found it too large when not wearing a pretty thick sock, so I chose the option I''d be most likely to use since I live in a warm climate and don''t have particularly sweaty feet.

They take a bit of effort to get on--you can''t just slip into them. At first I wasn''t crazy about this aspect of the shoe, but now I''m used to it.

All of this sounds like a lot of kvetching, but the comfort of this shoe has trumped all the downsides for me.
