I love this shoe, though i did have to put a rubber thing in the heel to make the heel fit better.There is a side zipper, so you cannot adjust tighter or looser.Overall , it is comfortable , the heel is not too terribly high.i love that it came in many colors. The grey was not quite a grey, more of a taupe color.It goes with everything. The leather is very soft and nice looking.
