I did have to put a pair of insoles in my shoes because of some foot issues that I have. These are a very comfortable shoe! My feet are never too cold or too hot and don''t ache after a day at work (I''m on and off my feet on my job). I have never had issues with slipping in the snow but have not worn them for long periods of time outdoors this winter. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who needs a casual shoe for work or play.

I completely wore out my Sanuk overboard shoes. These are much better fall winter shoes. They also have padding which is the main reason I got these instead. The overboards are like walking on a thin piece of cardboard. These are more cushy like foam sandals. They also look like they will last longer than the overboards. I will probably still get overboards for the summer though. They dry out super quick and are great boat/water shoes.

I had a previous pair of Sanuks, the Rasta Pouch, and had been using those for work.I also have a pair of Overboard Sunbrella''s that I use frequently and absolutely love the Ramblers.They fit perfectly, feel great and allow for more of a forefoot strike which I was looking for to start conditioning my feet for barefoot running / walking / living.They aren''t a perfect barefoot shoe but are as close I could find without spending big bucks on specific barefoot work shoes.I walked a ton in these on a recent work trip overseas and were perfect.
