Unisex Oofos OORIGINAL Durable Casual Thong Sandals

I have been having major issues with my feet and a friend recommended these sandals for me.I wear them around my house all the time and I love them because they are comfortable, give me the support I need in the arch area of my foot and are easy to slip on and off.I was afraid that the piece that goes between the toes would hurt because most sandals like that hurt me.But these do not!I would highly recommend them if you are having any sort of foot issue.

I had read a great deal about how great these flip flops where. I looked into them and read that they ran a little small. I usually wear a size 10 mens, so I ordered a size 11, just to make sure. When they arrived, I was amazed at how TINY they were. They were marked "mens 11 / womans 12" but there is no way they were bigger than a size 8-9 in mens!

I contacted the seller, Shopping Blitz, to exchange them. I was advised that since I had made the "error", they would not pay for return shipping. I attempted to explain to the customer "service" representative that there was no way the sizing of these items were correct, but she advised me that is a manufacturing issue.

I sent them back via UPS and had to pay $30 to return and exchange a pair of $40 flip flops!! I asked for an exchange to a size 13 based on the how small they were. I was then advised that they were out of stock and that I could get a refund or pick something else.

I re-contacted customer "service" and again explained that the sizing of these items is way off and that I wanted a refund and payment for my shipping costs but they refused. They again told me that it is a manufacturers issue, not theirs. I asked her if they were not in fact representing the manufacturer by selling their products and she said they were, but again stated this was my "error". I asked her to have a person actually LOOK at the flip flops I returned and tell me that the sizing is correct and she refused.

In the end, I am out $30 for NOTHING!

I will never use Shopping Blitz again, and if you are going to buy these flip flops, I suggest getting it two sizes larger than what you wear!
