My baby (16 months old) has a "chubby" feet and for that it is almost impossible to find him any kind of shoes. This sandals are just the best deal for him! They are solid, safe and seems to be very comfortable for his wide chubby little precious feet.

We like the sandal. It''s great for the beach. If your child is at 5 1/2, go with the 4-5 size... the 6 was huge! they get pretty dirty and need to be washed frequently as the ridges in the sole make my sons feet very dirty.

I keep buying these shoes, just in bigger sizes.She''ll be 2 in 3 weeks, and as soon as we received them, she wanted to put them on.They must be very comfortable, as my daughter wore these all of last summer.Her daycare has a water room, and she wears them in there.She loves them!!The typical water shoes must hurt her feet, rub on the top, or just don''t feel good.She never complains about these.I keep a pair for her to wear all summer, and another pair for daycare to use.The sizing is also great, as you can adjust the velcro as their feet grow.The beauty is you can wear these as everyday shoes, as well as to the pool and beach.I highly recommend and will continue to purchase.

I received these shoes and instantly loved how they would be perfect for toddling around the splash pool and the sprinkler in the backyard.They were exactly what I was looking for-some stability of a shoe for our 15 mo old, good materials for water exposure, and quick drying after water fun.They are obviously well made. HOWEVER, THEY ARE HUGE!!! My son had fat and wide feet and is just about out of his size 6 shoes and into 6.5.After reading other reviews, I decided to order the size 6 since our current 6''s we''ve almost outgrown. WELL, I should have ordered a size 5-THEY ARE ENORMOUS.For that, I give it 3 stars.These shoes went back.

Thanks to another reviewer, I bought size 6 for my daughter, who takes a 6.5 7 in stride rite.It''s plenty big enough! So glad I didn''t get the size 7; I''m a little concerned that it may be too big (and it could be narrower) and she''ll trip, but we will see.I don''t think I could have bought a size down.The shoe seems sturdy and comfortable, and although she''s not yet worn it out of the house (because of the weather..), I look forward to her having this useful, waterproof shoe for the summer.Only downside is that she''s proud of being able to take the sandals off herself, and I''m worried that she''ll do it at some inconvenient time...
