I love these shoes. I did need a half size smaller and I always get wide. The nice thick foam orthodic is wonderful for the cut nerve in my arch and the lift I have to wear in one shoe. The sole on the bottom is truly non slip, important for me. The silver color is great for not showing dirt. They lasted a lot longer than anything else I''ve tired in years. This shoe is called a runner, but it''s on the same X lask as the walker, it is a perfect walking shoe. I wear them from the time I get out of bed until just before going to bed. I have the white and blue, the silver (my favortie), and the black. Great shoe Aetrex, just don''t stop making them and don''t change them.

I love the Aetrex V854 walking shoes (see my review) and decided to try the runners. The brand is actually "Trex" (which kind of flipped me out when they arrived; I wondered if I''d accidentally ordered the wrong ones). I wear a 7 wide in the walkers and got the same in the runners. They have the same great feel, but even the wide is a bit narrow. Next time I''ll go a half size up since I like to wear two pairs of socks when running or doing distances. Great-looking shoe (I got the blue and silver metallic) and very comfortable for just walking around doing errands, too. AND...my feet and ankles feel completely stable.
