I have been watching this shoe for months just waiting for it to go on sale and it finally was 50% off so I bit. I''d never purchased any shoes from the Carlos Santana line. They are definitely a pretty shoe but what a mistake. The leather felt cheap and like plastic and although I wear a size 9 in every other shoe I own, this shoe slipped off my foot constantly. I was tempted to keep it to see if the leather would soften up with time and wear but in the end, I decided it wasn''t even worth the $50 price tag. Maybe had it been on super clearance and I''d gotten a 1/2 size smaller and paid no more than $25, I would have kept them but it was definitely not a good buy.

Shoe is a true size. I did not feel it tight on my feet. If your foot is slim you would not have any problems. They are confortable.

The first time I wore these shoes, I had them on for over 8 hrs. I wore them so I would not have to hem a pair of pants.They are high, but you don''t feel it since they have the platform. The back zip is comfortable and does not rub.Shoe looks great with either pants or a dress.The only reason for not giving 5 stars, I just wish there was just a little more padding under the ball of the foot.
