Moszkito Men''s 400 Archy Sandals

I bought the Sole Platinum, Moszkito Archy, Orthaheel Ryder, and Spenco Polysorbs for a side-by-side comparison.

Moszkito Archy = 5 stars

PROS the highest most pronounced arch, had adequate cushioning overall, was wide enough to provide full coverage for my wide feet, and looked rugged

CONS leather means I couldn''t take it to the beach or the pool

Sole Platinum = 3

PROS made of rubber with an assortment of colors, which means you can wear it anywhere; adequate cushining; looked very durable

CONS you could barely feel the arch and the straps were rough and scratchy (although not unbearable)

Orthaheel Ryder = 1

PROS none

CONS arch was spread across a very wide area of the foot, so I felt like my foot was tilted to the side...not comfortable at all! In addition, the sandal was too narrow

Spenco Polysorbs = 4

PROS made of soft rubber that completely envelopes and molds to your foot. At $35, it also costs significantly less than any of the above brands.

CONSArch height was comparable to Sole''s, but the material gave it an edge.

I kept both the Moszkito and Spenco the former for daily wear, the latter for the beach and pool.

Doctors ought to recommend this product! For the first time in 10+ years, I know now what it is walk around without pain! The arch support is where this is unlike anything I''ve worn. I suffer from a very painful flat foot and this actually "massages" the arch when I walk, if you know what I mean. There is *very* good cushioning all over so the feet experience no impact at all. I do use custom orthotics but that doesn''t help when I''m just walking around the house. Still, the difference the orthotics made is in fact, incomparable to this minor miracle! I''m sure there are countless others out there who could use this, so please spread the word!

I purchased Moszkito Sandals and would NEVER recommend them if you are looking for QUALITY sandals that will provide support for more than one season.The Sandals are comfortable and supportive when you receive them, but the support quickly deteriorates.I called to express my displeasure to the customer service department and the lady was rude and was uninterested in my complaint. She then hung up on me. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with...EVER! Although the sandals are light-weight and are comfortable and supportive at first, I do not recommend them as they will need to be replaced frequently which is why the price looks so inviting.

These flip flops have incredible arch support.I wear them everywhere, even around the house!The leather gets softer each time I wear them and the traction on the bottom is easy to walk outdoors with.High arches are very hard to find on flip flops, but these fit the bill perfectly.I have plantar fasciitis and these are the first shoes I''ve worn that have made the pain much more tolerable.Highly recommended!

After wearing my old Rider sandals daily for a month during a cross-country move, I began to experience an unbearable heel pain on my left foot (possible plantar fasciitis). I decided to buy these Moszkito sandals to see if it would take care of my problem, and within three days I was pain free.

I purchased these sandals back in July and wear them daily. They look good, provide great arch support (I have high arches) and are extremely comfortable. They will feel snug on your feet straight out of the box, but not uncomfortable, and will loosen up a few days later.

I highly recommend these sandals.
