These are the 1st pair of rain boots I''ve ever purchased. I really like these! They have a nice cushion in the foot bed that I did not expect. I think I will just have to get used to the awkward hug around the ankles as I walk in them. Once again I didn''t know what to expect since these are my first. Great traction; nice weight to them and they seem well made. My only other complaint is that one boot feels tighter around the top of my foot than the other. I probably should''ve gone up a half size or to a 10. I''ll see how well they do after the in-climate weather arrives.
