Spring Step Women''s Pat Sandal

First: although I''m generally a 6.5 7. So I ordered my indicated size (37) but had to exchange for smaller 36, which did fit. I would definitely order down in these. I purchased these specifically for a trip where I''d be walking a lot but wanted a very adjustable sandal with good support. There are 3 straps for customizing fit, w/good arch and metatarsal support. All good. The criticism I would make is that the quality of details could be better. The finishing of some of the stitch work is not uniformly ''clean.''Maybe China is not the first country one thinks of to manufacture shoes, or would the price be much increased if these were made in Italy, Spain or Mexico, where a tradition of shoe-making already exists? Just thinking...

Spring Step is fast becoming one of my favorite brands along with Clarks.This maker just gets it and creates shoes that are wearable from the first step.I wore these sandals the first day I got them and walked about 2 hours and when I got home, I kept them on the rest of the day.I have taken a lot of my shoes and donated them cause I am tired of my feet hurting just to look good.Spring Step takes care of both, they look good and they are so comfortable, even better than going barefoot.
