Hush Puppies Men''s Reminisce Loafer

Hush Puppies are the onlybrand of shoes I wear and I was excited to see this style. They are very comfortable. I have a high arch and though it might be a problem but they go on fairly easily. I walked around 21 blocks wearing them the first day and they felt great plus had a few compliments on how nice they looked. I am very pleased with these shoes.

My husband walks on the side of his shoes so I expected them to be worn down on the heels and bent out of shape by now. They still look as if they just came out the box. Even the suede still looks good. My hub walks for long periods of time on concrete everyday and they still look fine. I was surprised. Also he says they are still just as comfortable as the first time he put them on. Would recommend for work or casual wear.

My husband bought a pair of these at the Nordstrom Rack last year for $50 and they were the most comfortable shoes he ever owned. He has long narrow feet and high arches so it''s hard for him to find stylish shoes that are comfortable. Being suede they got a bit beaten up over the year and when he went to buy another pair The Rack didn''t have them anymore and all the other websites they cost $90. When I saw them for $45 on Amazon I got him another pair for Father''s Day. Now he wears these ones for dress and the old ones when he''s just kicking around. Amazon comes through again!

I wore these when they had the resurgence back in the 90''s when Ellen wore them on her sitcom. They were very stylish, came in a zillion colors, were cheap, and super comfortable. I had seen Hushpuppie reissue them a year ago but it was only when I was at a work event in Beverly Hills; a guy who works in my same field (real estate) and has a TV show selling Multi-Million Dollar real estate was there, and HE had on a pair. Immediately I came home to order a pair. The toe box is a little less blunt that before (good!) the suede was rich & dark (Better!) and the comfort was superior (Best!) The first day I wore them for 12 hours during a TV show taping where I was on my feet for a couple of hours...absolutely the best. Checked the other colors and a bit disappointed-maybe a true Navy Blue? The original Gray? Miss the off-white to wear during the Summer.
