Samanta Women''s Balinda Open-Toe Pump

Samanta Women''s Balinda Open-Toe Pump,Pinhao,12 M USThese shoes looked so high end and nice. I bought these pair in black and a size 10M. I''m warn you, they''re slightly narrow if your feet is slightly wide like mines. They are kind of a challenge while putting them on and taking them off. Let say, you went to a club and someone start to shoot inside of the club. They wouldn''t be easy to take off and run. I bought these shoes because I''m a fan of high-top designs or ankle straps on round toe pumps, open toe pumps, open toe heeled sandals, and open toe shoes. I bought these shoes because they reminded me of those shoes (Solange was wearing) in Solange "Tony" music video. I''m from Texas, we would called them "Jazzy" (which is a slang for very glamorous and girly) and "Bad". They are now my favorite pair of heels. This the first time I ever spent over $50 on a pair of heels or pumps. These shoes are 4-inches and I will get them reduce 1/2 inch one day. I''m 5''6 1/2 in height by the way.

Fits true to size (I''m 8M and have no trouble with the fit). The heels ARE high, so if you''re not used to high heels, you may want to steer clear. Those who have been wearing 4" and 4.5" heels most of their life (like me) won''t have any trouble.

As the other reviewer pointed out, these aren''t the easiest shoes to get in, or out, of. There is no zipper for easy on/off you have unlace the ankle cuff to them on, pull the laces tight to get proper fit and look, then loosen the laces (a fair amount) to remove the heels at the end of the night.

That said, the lack of a zipper really classes these up. I love the convenience of zippers on these styles, but I admit that I also think that they "bring down" the impact at least a tad.

And while it''s a total pain tugging the laces to get them the correct tightness for wear, once you''re done, it''s SO worth it. The cuff really embraces your ankle tightly, no weird slouching or "bagging out" as you take steps. The "dominatrix/fetish" look requires that kind of to-the-skin fit, and these shoes definitely deliver.

Tugging the laces loose all over again to get them off at the end of a night out clubbing is also a pain...but the compliments you got earlier all night, from both genders, makes it worth it.

I own similar styles (I really like the dom/fetish/high heeled gladiator look) in both sandals and pumps and these are an in-between due to the open toes. Some of the other brands I own are Dior, Blahnik, Choo, Zanotti, etc, and yes I paid small fortunes for them, but they were worth it for the style and attention to fit.

So these are VERY pleasant surprise same attention to fit (the afore-mentioned lack of "bagging") and the quality is considerably more than I expected for this price point.

If you''re looking for this style/look and don''t want to break the bank, give these a shot. I think that, like the other reviewer and I, you will be very pleased.
