Havaianas Women''s Metallic Flip Flop

I have this flip flop in graphite. It actually looks like a gun metal and shines. They are thicker in the sole than the thinner strap style making it cushiony when you walk. Again I have no problems with any rubbing and the toe feels great. The color that is advertised is different when you see it in person. No matter since the color is unusual, and I have had a woman walk up to me and bend over to see them. She could not believe how pretty they looked and the price is fabulous. Ten dollars cheaper than the thinner strap style. I never saw these before until I saw them here on Amazon. Macy''s sell these as well but not in this cool color. These flip-flops are fabulous and I am now a fan for life.

Havainas are absolutely more comfortable and durable than your basic flip flop.Sounded crazy to me too, but I am now a believer!

The pair I received was about an inch too long in the back of the foot so it sort of looks silly even though technically i ordered my size.I already own a pair, so i know how they should fit.Perhaps it is a quality control issue.

I''ve owned two pairs of these, entirely for in-dorm use and wearing in the shower, and both of them broke within six months of purchase. I liked the comfort of the first pair, which is why I bought the second pair when the strap snapped off the "stopper" on the bottom of the right shoe. Unfortunately, the second pair barely lasted a semester before the same strap-snapping issue occurred again. (I did try to use superglue to repair them, but none of the brands of glue I tried, even ones that would theoretically work on plastic, held.)

I liked these, but next time I''ll definitely be choosing a sturdier brand.
