I love these boots.They are classy, soft, nice looking suede, and roomy in the foot for someone like me with wide feet.They look sharp and go with almost anything because of their classic look.The only reason I gave it a 4 is because mine came with the seam on the inside lining on the right boot completey unraveled, so the lining was not stitched in place from top to bottom of boot.When I tried to replace them, I was notified, there were none left in stock.I liked them so much I did not just want a refund.Instead I got a discount and I will get it sewed closed myself with the discount reimbursement.

I''m also 5 feet tall and all my boots have high heels and when I saw these boots at Marshals I thought they were very cute. Even though they didn''t have size 6 that I wear, I bought 6.5 and they feel and look great. They are perfect height and the calf is not too wide nor tight. I can wear them with jeans and dress and they both look good either way (I personally hate wide calf fit). The suede on my boots is pretty nice, good quality. It feels nice to touch not coarse at all.

I just received these boots in chestnut, and I am very pleased with them.I''m only 5 feet tall, and finding knee-high boots is difficult.You will see these boots advertised as mid-calf boots, but on my short little legs, they come to just below the knee and are not too wide around the calf. I haven''t worn them yet, but love the look of the suede and they seem well made.After I got a look at them, I ordered a second pair in fango. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the heel is not solid, stacked, as advertised elsewhere, but is instead wrapped with faux "wood."
