After the boots are worn once, they are easy to get off and on. The first time putting them on was challenging though.
I did order a full size bigger after reading that Kamik snowboots run small.I do recommend ordering a full size larger in the rain boots as well.
I will buy these Kamik boots again next year. They are a bit more than the other brands but they are clearly made better.Very good boot goes on easily and stays on, unlike some rain boots. Good flexible shape to them, and good grip on the sole my 20 month old hasn''t fallen over in them so far!, and he''s comfortable walking in them for hours. Only reason I didn''t give them 5 stars was that they size up a little small, and even though I got a size larger than his current shoe size in the hopes of making them last a while (with some extra socks), they won''t last through the spring I fear.
From what I''ve seen (with kids AND adults sizings), rain boots vary greatly in size depending on the manufacturer so if you''re worried about spending money on things like this, it might be best to go to a shop where you can try a few on.

I bought these boots for my daughter (2) and I think they are worth every penny. They are a lot more sturdy than other brands since the material is thicker. They fit great, are easy to clean, and come in great colors.Read Best Reviews of Kamik Stomp Rain Boot (Toddler/Little Kid/Big Kid) Here
I only buy my daughter Kamik rainboots. They are high quality and comfortable, so I buy one every two whole sizes. We live in the Pacific Northwest and she loves to be outside, so they get heavy, year-round use. They are lightweight and flexible, so she can easily walk, run, and play in them (even when she was a toddler). They are extremely durable, have never leaked even when wading, look brand new, and are ready to hand down to her younger sister.A note on fit: I find that the Blazer footprint (Stomp) is narrower than the Storm footprint (Kelsey, Alex, etc). The calf shaft is also a smaller circumference. My daughter has thin legs and a normal width foot. Both fit her, but the Stomp did not fit with thick socks and the Kelsey tends to slip off her foot from time to time. Kelsey is also more flexible than Stomp.

My 2.5 yr old wears a size 7 toddler and so I ordered a size 9 which was still way too small.Boot looked long enough but was very narrow in the ankle & in-step.I could not get his ankle into the boot because of the more fitted style.I have not had to buy "wide" shoes for him in the past.If I order Kamik boots again, I will order small kid size 11--to make both his feet and some nice tall/thick socks fit inside. Can''t speak to the durability of these boots as didn''t get to try them out. When they arrived, they definitely looked higher quality than the typical rubber/plastic boots.
