This order was handled very well by the seller:he called to say that they weren''t going to ship as the picture on Amazon had shown.....that the actual pair was a little different.....so he included a return label just in case.I was away at the time and couldn''t call back to discuss.When I got the package I did indeed need to return.....as I didn''t care for the black footbed........but would happily deal with this seller in the future, as his pricing is excellent and customer relations premier!The Gizeh by Birkenstock is a great shoe......and I''m collecting them in all colors it seems!!The shoe is wide and the built in orthotic gives great support.I''ve heard they need ''break in time''.....but haven''t found that....they''re good to wear right out of the box for hours for me!!And I find they''re quite chic in a non-orthopedic way......and I feel sorry for women tottering about in their no more fashionable high wedges and heels!!
