(Written by my wife) I got these for my wedding, and wasn''t sure if they''d work with my Sweetheart neckline, tulle, tea-length wedding dress, which is somewhat ''50''s retro inspired. The shoes, however, looked FABULOUS! I''m getting married on a boat, and these are VERY comfortable and sturdy, while retaining their feminine charm. I don''t feel like I''m ''teetering around'' on them, even though the heels are 4.25" high (and even on a sailboat!). The straps are very pretty, with a ''twisted'' appearance, and with a zip up the back (which Igenerally find to look tacky and don''t normally care for in a shoe design, but it looked great on these).
