BCBGeneration Women''s Paulie Pump

I do not love things, but I really really like these pumps. They are stylist and comfortable. Totally happy with my purchase! :)

I bought these shoes in both "Oak suede" and "Dark Navy leather".

I did wear the brown ones for a whole day at work. They, of course, look faaaabulous. :) They indeed are high, but also super sexy and rather easy to walk with, if you''re used to walk with usual high heels. The platform does help the shoe to be "walkable"...

In my opinion, they are true-to-size if I compare them to Nine West sizes (I wear 8 for both0), but ½ a size larger if I compare to Franco Sarto sizes (I wear 8.5 in FC shoes).

However, note that the tip of the shoe is "pointier" than the aerial view of the photo shows (as the picture is taken from a slight angle, rather than directly from the top...). Therefore, if you tend to have rather large feet (as I do), you will find that, by the end of the day wearing them, because the "slope" of the shoe is quite high, your toes tend to be stuck in the toe-box and hurt a little. It is not that bad, but you might want to consider the info. If you do not have large feet, this will probably not be a problem.

Finally, as I enjoyed my "Oak suede" pair, made of real leather, dark and rich chocolate color, I was REALLY disappointed to see that my "Dark navy" pair was made of "all man made material", i.e. synthetic (which is NEVER MENTIONED in the product description above; it is rather said "soft nappa"... and since the navy shoe is the only color not suede neither patent, it clearly applies to it!). And unfortunately, it actually shows that is it not leather, as the material looks a little cheap. I am still not decided about wether I will keep this pair or not, considering it was sold the same price as the real leather ones. However, I must say the the navy color is a nice dark one, as navy should be (and not "medium-blue"-ish). [If navy was here available in suede, I would CLEARLY exchange them!]

In conclusion, if you want sexy and stylish high heels that you can wear with skirts, dress pants and jeans and that will be rather comfortable, I would definitely recommend that you buy the suede ones, and not the fake-leather ones. (As for the patent, I obviously do not know if it is leather or man-made material...)

Believe itor not these are actually comfortable.They will go dressy or casual depending on your needs and the strap is perfect for keeping them on.I usually have trouble with shoes like this because my heals tend to slip out and the strap holds your foot in and allows for easier walking.
