Yes they look cute but they didn''t hold up to a full winter''s worth of walking before they split along the seam on either side of the foot. A REAL bummer. So, I can''t say I recommend them although they do look nice. I guess fancy shoes with multiple seams and decorative touches are just less able to put up with regular walking.
I ordered these as a gift and she loves them. They are well made, very warm and extremely comfortable while still looking stylish. I was worried at first that the solid sole would make the boot look too utilitarian for dressing up to go out. Fortunately it does not. It is sharp and sexy while providing good support so that we can go out, hit the town, walk around and not have to give her a piggy back ride by the end of the night. The sole is also slip resistant so she plans on wearing them to work too as the factory floor is often slick.
I highly recommend these boots. Kudos to Khombu for making such a fine product... fashionable and functional, it''s about time!
