these are a great pair of shoes. I use mine as a default pair of shoesthey work well with my work wardrobe but work very well with a nice pair of jeans. They are extremely comfortable and the straps on the top make it easy to adjust if you need a smaller or wider width! Great product!!

The shoes look awesome and probably would have been a great accessory to my attire. However I wear a size 12. And believe me when I tell you, I have worn different brands and different styles of shoes, a size 12 is what I wear. But when these shoes were bought for me as a gift, in a size 12, I couldn''t even stand in them without my toes being crushed. These shoes fit more like an 11. I am not even sure if it''s because the toe of the shoe is cut in a point shape or not. I have never bought any other shoes by Demonia, so for all I know, all of their 12s may run on the smaller side. Just be warned fellow size 12ers, that these shoes are not like your normal run of the mill, Payless size 12s. And as always, when buying something from the internet, you take a chance.

I am having issues right now getting in touch with the seller to try and have them returned. Again, they were bought for me as a gift from my sister. I would even consider looking through their store to see if they had anything else to exchange that were not shoes. But they will not return my emails. So be warned.
