This shoe runs true to size. Thank goodness for the strap, or my heels would definitely come out of the shoes. They are high, but they are super comfortable. Because of the thick heel, they are fairly easy to walk in. Very flattering to my feet and legs. I''m 5''2", so this is an absolute plus! As for the color, my work computer showed the grey to look more like taupe, and my home computer shows the shoe to look like grey. Now that I have them in person, they seem more taupe than grey, which is what I was hoping for.
