For me, skate shoes generally don''t have long break-in periods. A couple days of regular activity in them and they will fit perfectly. The Fallen Coronado, however, has taken significantly longer to become truly comfortable. I''ve worn them several times a week over the last month, both as a casual shoe as well as for skating. They still don''t fit quite how I hope. The size itself is okay, but the outer shell feels just a bit too rigid, and when walking, causes the natural crease to press into my toes.
With that said, the shoes look great, and I have no complaints about durability so far. Just be aware that it may take you awhile to really enjoy wearing these shoes every day.Though it did not fit to my feet at first, it became comfortable after 3 days. My foot is a bit wide and high arch. I like it.
