I probably wouldn''t wear these for running.I buy the Saucony ProGrid series for that but I couldn''t resist these shoes because they are so cute and colorful.I do the Leslie Sansone "Walk Away the Pounds" walk aerobics and I bought these to wear for that workout; they are very comfortable.I''ll probably get another pair in another color.
