I looked high and low across the web for what looked like a comfortable and durable pair of slippers. I purchased 3 separate pairs of 3 different brand names and was disenchanted when they were poorly constructed or outright painful to wear. I had recalled my Dad and Grandfathers wearing these Romeo slippers for what seemed like a hundred years. I was not even aware these slippers or this company was still in existence. Ureka; these are the sturdiest and most comfortable pair of inside (I choose to wear them inside only) slippers in the Universe. What a great find an a great buy. Thanks Romeo, Dad, and Grandads.

I have short, wide feet.Getting a basic shoe or slipper to wear in the house is not easy.This Romeo slipper does exactly what I want it to.I can slip it on and off easily.It looks good.It provides some arch support.To add whipping cream to the sundae, the price is right.I recommend.
