Dansko Women''s Rae Clog

These are brilliant!!!I am a hairstylist and I also have a twice broken right ankle andcomfy shoes are a must and are at times hard to find.However, my closet indicates that I have indeed found many other comfortable shoes!!!!The Rae clogs fit to a tee from day one,no uncomfortableness,no back ache or sore feet at the end of a long work day.I am 46 and would like to stay as "funky" as I can as I age,and every little bit helps,and the great compliments I get when I wear these makes my efforts pay off!!!!Now, we just need more colors!!!! Cheers!!

I ran across these shoes at a local shoe store.They were a bit pricey, but they fit great, so a checked out Amazon to see if they were available.Luckily, I found exactly what I was looking for, and I was able to save a good bit over buying them locally.

First, I need to tell you that I originally discovered Dansko when my sister, who works in healthcare, told me about how many healthcare professionals rely on the Dansko clogs for everyday comfort.That was last year, and I bought several pairs of the clogs to wear to work (I am a teacher).Prior to discovering Dansko clogs, I wore a lot of heeled boots and heeled clogs, but decided I just couldn''t stand to be uncomfortable, so I had decided that it was to be Danskos forever for me.

I was a bit skeptical about these high heeled clogs, however.While they felt great when I initially tried them on, I didn''t know if I could stand wearing them for an entire day.I know that other heeled clogs were NOT comfortable, but I do enjoy the look of heels, so I decided to risk it one day.WOW!These heeled Dansko clogs are just fine to wear all day at work.I couldn''t believe it.I now have 3 pairs (black, brown, and red) and I wear them pretty much every day...I''ve almost abandoned the regular Dansko clogs.

I even wore them to line dancing lessons at a local club.I had no trouble dancing in these shoes.

These are GREAT shoes, and I highly recommend them.

I want to add one funny story:a friend who teaches with me said, "Hey, we have matching clogs!"She had on a different brand of clogs, that DID look an awful lot like mine.I had her try mine on, and I tried hers on.She couldn''t believe how comfortable mine were, and I couldn''t WAIT to get hers off.They may have looked alike, but they were NOTHING alike.She admitted that she brought a change of shoes to put on when her feet started to hurt.

I am a huge Dansko fan so when I found these on sale on Amazon, I had to snatch up the leopard print versions. I''ve worn them 3 times. Like every Dansko I''ve owned, these are very high quality and absolutely stunning. When I wear them I get oodles of compliments. The problem is they are the most uncomfortable shoes I have over owned. It''s not noticable when I first put them on (otherwise they would have been returned), but after an hour my feet are dying! I am thinking this is because I have wide feet. Lengthwise they fit perfectly, but they feel like they pinch after I wear them for a period. If I had caught it sooner, I would have switched for a size up.

I ordered theses a whole size bigger then i normally wear after reading multiple reviews....OUCH!!! I have many pairs of Dansko''s including the pros, sandles and maryjane styles, and these are the only pair i have had an issue with. They are super cute and i am sad to see them go, but i can''t stand to keep them on for even 5 mins. If your feet are narrow at the toes, you will probably be fine in these. These definitely do not fit like a most dansko styles....
