These are the best shoe inserts I''ve tried in my experience, the Dr. Scholls gel inserts only made my shoes LESS comfortable! *Be sure to use these with shoes that are 1/2 size too large or in shoes that have stretched out a bit. If you add them to heels that are already snug they will make the shoes too small for your feet. I use these in conjunction with the Heavenly Heelz, which keep the back of heels from slipping off my feet as I walk, both alleviating blisters AND protecting my hosiery. Also, pick the spot where you want to place the insert and stick it and leave it there. If you pick it up again and move it, its stickiness will diminish and it won''t last very long.

A worthwhile investment considering how much a good pair of heels costs! These (along with Heavenly Heelz) allow me to wear heels all day, rather than limping after lunchtime :)

I''ve tried LOTS of cushions but Foot Petals were the only ones that have worked for me. I have these Tip Toes in ALL of my heels, even the low heels, and especially my wooden clog heels. I can wear my heels now all day without noticing discomfort, and go straight out all night in them as well. They keep my foot from sliding forward, and give the right TYPE of cusion on the ball of my foot where I need it. The Gel insoles by other brands made my feet hurt for some reason, but foot petals cushion is perfect. Once you stick them in a pair of shoes, leave them, if you try to peel it up it will ruin the cushion.

I''ve been wearing these for years now and they have not "flattened" out; they have retained all comfort since the day I bought them. They''re well worth the extra money.

I used to live in high heels when I worked in a more professional setting (now it''s more casual & I work in sneakers) & I wouldn''t dare wear a pair of heels without some extra cushioning in the forefront of the foot these ball-of-foot cushions are a godsend. They are thin & durable yet offer wonderful cushioning without taking a lot of space in shoes or peeking out in sandals.

The adhesive is strong if I try to remove a cushion it will break off at the adhesive part but in the heat of summer it can melt & the cushion will move under my foot from the pressure of walking. That happens to me with some sandals, especially ones that have a fabric or textured lining. Leather linings will hold the cushion much more securely in place, so it''s not the cushion''s fault it''s the shoe.

It used to bother me that $7 a pair was a lot of money to pay for a pair of cushions for each pair of shoes, but truth be told if you can''t find them cheaper they are worth buying. They last a long time & resist foot odor. Black is my favorite to buy as it shows the least in shoes & doesn''t show dirt accumulation (beige, pink & grey eventually show sweat & dirt buildup).

These are surprisingly comforting & supportive to the balls of your feet compared to how thin they are. And I agree with the reviewer before me, these prevent feet from sliding too far forward into shoes (crunching toes) or in sandals (toe overhang) and those other squishy silicone products from the drugstore were absolutely useless to me those make my sweat-prone feet slip & slide over them.

I liked this item if all you need is extra padding under the ball of your foot, or if you are wearing a sandal or other revealing shoe, this is a great option. I like also that the 3-pack includes different colors so that you can match them to the shoe you''re wearing.

These are fantastic.These have single-handedly revived some wonderful shoes that were so uncomfortable.This is a must-have for anyone who owns heels.They cushion so much better than most products out there.They make it so I can wear heels all day long and my feet don''t hurt at all.Keep in mind that if your shoes are already tight on top, they will raise your foot up a fraction and it can make it feel tighter on top for those specific shoes. I recommend them for anyone who wears heels for long periods of time with extra pressure on the balls of your feet.

I would not suggest them for open sandals though.Something about having them on sandals where they are exposed to air, the elements, etc. Makes them less effective at keeping your foot in place and they tend to slide with your feet while walking.For sandals I would suggestFoot Petals Killer Kushionz Black since they grip better and keep the whole foot from sliding.
