This shoe is even more awesome in person than it shows on the web...it''s just a bit too high and tippy for a 40-something professional. (Bummer). But...if you can walk in a reasonably sturdy, three inch rubber sole...grab ''em. They''ll make your closet a happier place to visit.

First off, I bought these shoes for my mother.She wanted some new sandals, saw these, fell in love with them, and the rest is history.We both wear the same size, so when they arrived, I also tried them on.They are comfortable, beautiful, amazing color and quality, and I highly recommend them.I think that the heel is a little short for my preference, because I usually wear higher heeled sandals than this, so I won''t be purchasing myself a pair, but my mother absolutely loves them and that''s really what matters.They truly are unique and the craftsmanship is wonderful.If you want something others probably won''t have, I say buy them.Especially if you want a heel that''s reasonable and not too high.

Completely adorable shoe!Very versatile and, like most of their line of shoes, well-made and comfortable.My feet are a little on the wide side (I typically wear medium width) and these fit perfectly.They are also very lightweight, considering the thickness of the sole.

I am so glad my friend introduced me to Poetic Licence shoes.This pair arrived in no time flat and they look just like the picture did.I can''t decide which I like better; the shoes or the fun box they come in !I haven''t worn them yet because there is snow where I live but when I tried them on they seemed to fit perfectly.My feet run on the narrow side and this is always a problem.The only concern I have is the rubber sole seems slippery but I''m hoping this will improve when I start wearing them and rough the bottom up a bit.I really am not fond of ordering clothing/shoes online because so many times I have had to return items, but not these.I can''t wait to wear them !

These shoes (in black) are cute in person and I got several compliments on them at a wedding. I have a wide foot and toward the end of the night (4 hours into wearing them) I was starting to feel pinched in the foot bed. Part of this is because the slingback was really loose on my foot (I bought an 8.5) so I had to walk strangely in order to keep them on my feet. It could just be my weird foot (short and fat) and not a problem with the shoe.

As for comfort, the wedge makes wearing this shoe effortless. It''s light and easy on the feet.

I can''t bear to part with them, so I''m going to put an additional hole for the slingback fastener so I can keep them. I bought another pair of Poetic Licence shoes and am having the same problem with the slingback, but again... too cute not to keep.
