Salt-Water Style 800 Original Sandal

I own one pair of every size of these sandals from toddler 4 to Big Kid 3. I have 4 kids and I wish I could find a shoe that matched the durability and comfort of these sandals. Several of these pairs have gone through 2 or 3 kids already and have held up. The only color that has given me any trouble is the tan, which tends to peal up before even one summer is finished. I contacted saltwater and they immediately sent me a replacement pair no questions asked. We also own a boat and camp on the beach practically every weekend all summer and the sandals are constantly going in and out of the water.

Just as a side note I also own 2 pairs of these for my self. One black pair and one white pair. One is a size 9 and one is a size 8 but they are exactly the same size.

Sizing: They tend to run big, so if the childs regular shoe size is an 8 you would most likely need a 7 in these.

I bought these for my 3 year old grandaughter. They look so cute and of course are well made. She will grow out of them before she wears them out.They are adorable and an old time favorite. I use to buy these for her mom and glad to know they are still around.Saltwaters are the best. Oh and have to mention, they do run on the big side, with room to grow. She normally wears a 9, and order originally order her size but had to return for an 8. The company I bought from were very responsive and gave me an RMA number quickly. It took about 7 days to return and get new pair and I was pleased with their customer service.

Bought these for myself (a grown woman), I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 in woman''s shoes, and the 6 "Big Kids" fits perfectly. The navy color are classic and the style is timeless and very cute.

They''re very scratchy (the underside of the leather is unfinished) and stiff out of the box, but have instructions to wet the leather and wear until dry (which I did and helped tremendously). The buckles are a bit stiff and make taking them on and off a bit of a pain, but in general they''re delightful shoes. I''ll report back when I''ve worn them for awhile longer. I''m very happy with this purchase. They''re inexpensive and for the price, you shouldn''t expect them to come broken in, which is good, because they don''t.

I bought the sandals for my granddaughter to wear on her 1st birthday and when they got here I was so excited. So when I open the box and saw the little sandals I started to cry they brought me back to when her mommy was a little girl and wore them. They were everything I expected and more. I even plan on buying a pair for her mommy to wear even though the cost is a bit more then I want to pay. LOVE THEM LOVE THEM LOVE THEM.
