it''s very comfortable boot. the leather is very soft. heel (2") is perfect for me, not too high, not too low. I usually wear size 6, mid width. after read the reviews on Nordstrom website, I ordered size 6.5, wide width. it''s good. so definitely order half size bigger.

These are a great set of boots.They do not zip all the way up for large calfs but zip up high enough where they will stay on your legs and not sag.

The size was just about right; which is difficult for me to find, as I wear an 11W. I needed something for my steampunk wedding dress that didn''t have too much heel, as I have trouble with heels. This was perfect, as I can make easy modifications for the general appearance of the boot, like adding gears & such. The only problem I have with them is that the calve area is too small; & where they zip up does not have a modesty panel so that they could just be left open; which leaves me the option of either finding a way to change the shape of my leg, or to scrunch them downwhich doesn''t look too bad, so at least there is another option for how you can wear them. They do come packaged with as much paper and styrofoam as will fit in them and the box, so they come plenty well protected and with the shape kept intact. I would definitely buy this brand again.

I ordered these in the brown suedeunfortunately they were too big.I''m a 9.5 but I thought that the 10 narrow would worknot so.The boot is really beautiful.It was also comfortable for a heeled shoe.The only down side (besides that it didn''t fit) is that the leather is thin, and seems like it would not be very hardy.

This boot was not quite what I expected.Toe was not pointy enough and for some reason I thought the heel would be a bit higher.I think I should have ordered a 1/2 size larger as the fit was tight, not what I prefer in the foot portion of a boot. Upper portion of the boot fit perfectly. Was surprised that since the boots were not defective, I had to pay for return shipping.Wasn''t aware of that as I never return things I buy on Amazon!
