i highly recommend this shoe. The bottom of the shoe is leather as well and is soft to the touch (which tells you it adds a cushion effect to the shoe when you walk). So comfortable. I usually cannot handle 4" comfortably but the platform at the bottom front of the shoe makes the high heel in the back so very comfortable. The front toe straps are a perfect fit for my petite toes and feet overall, so I would not recommend if you have thick feet. The straps are not scratchy at all and if you have any slight veins that pop out when wearing high heels, the straps overlapping the top of your foot will distract the eye from them (which is the design and comfort I have been looking for). The box is of durable quality, comes with a large soft fabric bag and two additional heel caps in a tiny zip plastic bag.
