The boot met or exceeded my expectations.I expected it to look on the cheap side and not like real leather and it was pretty much as I expected. It fits nicely on my legs which are on the thin side and has a lower heel than most boots I wear keeping the over-the-knee style from looking too vampy.I like them a lot and am very happy with my purchase.Cute with short skirts or leggings.

This boots has a cheap looking material and very thin. The other pair has a loose tread. However, if you''re just looking for a plain boots this will do it. YOu just need to get a 1/2 size larger than your normal shoe size because it runs small particularly on the calf area it is really tight. Im a petite and I can''t even put this boots over a skinny jeans, that''s how tight it is. Overall it''s a cute boots for the price.Read Best Reviews of Chinese Laundry Women''s Kingdom Over-The-Knee Boot Here
it is overall a pair of nice looking boots. The material almost feels like real leather. It has very think shaft, especially around the ankle. You probably don''t want to wear it with short skirts.Want Chinese Laundry Women''s Kingdom Over-The-Knee Boot Discount?
First things first: this is a cheap boot. The leather is faux, there is no insole padding to speak of, and the sizing is sort of one-fits-nobody. Once you accept those parameters, you''re in for a pleasant surprise. The zipper in the side is substantial and opens deep into the arch so it''s not a strain to get my heel in. The toe is a classy almond shape, not crazy-pointed. The heel is a nice height--three inches, very walkable, and not so high that your foot looks contorted. Also the heel has a graceful curved taper with a nice substantial base where it meets the sole. Feels steady to walk on.I am 5''6" and a size 2-4, athletic build. I got my usual size 8.5 and they fit pretty darn good; a little loose in the toe box but since I plan to install insoles that''s a good thing. I have slim ankles and muscular thighs. They feel loose around my ankles but they don''t look baggy. Likewise they feel clingy around my thighs--really they come just about 2 inches over the knee, and I have a 28-inch inseam--but they don''t squish the fat and they don''t seem inclined to fall down. The pleather does have a bit of shine, rather like a glazed leather, but it doesn''t scream "plastic" to me.
For a costume boot I couldn''t ask for better. In fact, these are classy enough I may wear them on the street. With an aftermarket insole they will be very comfortable, I think.
