This is my first pair of Danskos, bought because my sports medicine doc insisted I give up my beloved flip flops.What a treat!I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in both feet, and within a few days of wearing them, I''m noticing a huge difference.The cork bed molds to your foot, providing great support.I love the adjustable straps, which allow for wearing them at different times of day as my feet swell or shrink.One thing I will say, the first day I wore them was an adjustment for my feet.The arches chafed a little at first.I wore socks to help with this -a look I don''t recommend! -and now, four days later, there''s no problem. (I understand this is common with Danskos.) I also love that I can wear them with jeans, skirts, shorts, and casual dresses.
