I recently started using these, and from not using anything at all I use them every day now.Is convenient, easy and fast to get them into the shoes that I would use for work. I can feel the difference, I''m not getting as tired after walking and standing up all day, even after a hard day I still have the energy to go and work out. I didn''t think I had a problem with my feet but after feeling the difference this Insoles in my shoes can do, is making me realize where all that tiredness was coming from.Great product.

My wife got these for me since I''m always complaining about knee pain. I''m on my feet all day at work, and I wear nice shoes, so I didn''t expect these to make a big difference. I''m still within the first two weeks of breaking them in, but already when I remove them, I''m shocked by how unsupported my feet feel.

I do notice a difference in my knees and back, especially when running up and down stairs all day. My main concern was that they''d not fit comfortably in my shoes, but I can''t even feel a difference.

I bought these from another seller but will probably buy them here due to convenience with Amazon. Like another person I hadnt worn any inserts but at age 54 and "overweight" for my age, I''ve had arch, tendenitous, and ankle issues. This prodcut has been great, easy to use, and portable to my other shoes and boots. I think I will have these for a long while and they are also very durable.

These take a little more of an adjustment, as they are half the size of the regular inserts.I have a high arch, so I really needed a longer breaking in period.Not as comfy for me, but I would still recommend them.

This is my second pair! I love them, I used to work for Orthera back in ''09 when they had the stations in Costco and I still have my original pair. I am getting another pair to put into more shoes! I love them, they are so comfortable once broken in! Really helps with my plantar fasciitis. This is a great well made product and the only orthotics I will wear!
