I have had many shoes in my life for summer this is the best.They are smart looking supportive,comfortable and work in the heat when your feet swell.I like them so much I have the kind for the beach with the holes in the bottom for water and the regular ones.

I do like these fisherman''s style walking sandals.

They were delivered quickly, there were no issues at all with the seller.

They run true to size, fit properly straight out the box and look very good I opted for the brown.

There have been no break in issues, they appear sturdy, and I''m hoping they last as well as my previous pair or "Privo''s" in my very harsh seaside environment. Eventually the little metal loops on those just rusted through no metal here though.

If you have sensitive feet you might want to be aware that the insoles are definately man made, there''s not much leather on them.

A good all rounder shoe for summer fun, though certainly not something for special dressy evenings.

I''d certainly recommend them.

After living with them for a while as an everyday sandal, I can confirm what I''ve already written. I would add that the mostly man made nature means that temperatures reaching into the 90''s make these sandals hot on the feet, they tend to cause a lot of sweating when it''s very warm. That''s in spite of the good ventilation afforded by the design of these shoes.

I''m lucky not to have an issue so haven''t revised my personal rating, but if your feet are prone to heat or sweat related issues that might be exacerbated by these shoes you should be aware of this.

Other than that they really are holding up very well in a demanding oceanside lifestyle.

I have worn these sandals everyday to work since I got them in mid February 2012.I am on my feet at least 7 hours per day on concrete-moving around the sewing plant.These are so comfortable!I am still wearing them with socks until the snow gets higher than the soles.They allow just the right air flow without being too open.Soles have not shown wear and tear even on the multiple rough surfaces I traverse daily. The uppers have not shown any seperation from the soleI will be looking for another pair even those these will probably last a couple more years.I recommend them for comfort, durability, and style.

I have several pairs of Privo sandals. They have all been very comfortable and provide more support for the foot than a lot of others I tried. So when I saw this pair, I didn''t hesitate to buy them. I really like the looks of them, but they are far less comfortable than my other pairs. They have little bumps in the sole that makes it feel like I''m walking on tiny pebbles. It is supposed to be a massage for the feet, but I find it annoying. Also, the sole is made from a rubbery stuff that makes my feet feel clammy. The upshot is that I don''t wear them without socks, which kind of defeats the purpose of sandals. May be just a personal preference, but I wouldn''t buy them again.
