My usual shoe size is a 7-7.5 and although I wear size 6-7 in my other Crocs, I fortunately ordered these in the size 8.They fit very well over my thick wool socks and I expect they will be very comfortable on cold days.The rear is higher than my Classics and the edging around the shoe appears to be well sealed.I don''t look forward to wearing these, however, on snowy or wet days, as the holes at the top of the shoes which are designed for air circulation, also will allow seepage of moisture and cold air or wind.The polyester and fleece liner is removable and washable, so if they do get wet, it''s not the end of the world.My purchase was in Mushroom/Blush, and the color is pinker than the very tan representation on this site.My only complaint with these shoes is the smell when removed from their plastic bag which I know from experience will eventually dissipate.Since these are clogs, the back does slip as I walk, so if you''re in the market for a more encased shoe, I''d select another style.I think these would also be an appropriate slipper for around the homestead and expect them to last as long as my other Crocs -a very, very long time.The shoes I received were made in Mexico.

I walk dogs.That''s literally almost all I do, every day, rain or shine.I work at an animal shelter, but most of the time, I''m walking dogs.And I''m almost always on my feet.I bought these last year in December cuz they were on sale.They unfortunately passed away this spring.And now I''m buying another pair cuz I can''t imagine a winter without my Crocs.The outside is, of course, rubber (or whatever nonporous material it is) and so when I step in poop or drop wet dog food on my toes, I can just wipe it off with a wet paper towel.Also, I have very flat feet and I am pretty overweight (not obese but i could stand to lose a good 50 or so more pounds...34 down this year!).It is hard to find a shoe that does not cause me excruciating amounts of pain after wearing it for four hours or so.My co-worker mocked me and told me that I needed to buy real shoes.Pah!Not wasting my money on another pair of sneakers.My wallet is all yours, Crocs.

I bought 2 different pairs and absolutely loved them.Until after the 4th day of wearing them they began to stretch out.To the point when I walked up a hill my feet slipped out of them.I went home and put on the other pair I hadnt worn yet and they fit just the same as the first pair originally did.I sent both back to amazon.I would suggest buying either 1/2-1 size smaller than you normally wear.Brand new they feel a little snug but they will stretch out.
