I broke my left wrist and was unable to tie any of my normal shoes as all my shoes have laces. I was happy to receive the Drew/Austin Sneaker with the adjustable lace tightener. I now just slip the shoe on and tighten the adjust knob on the back of the heal to ensure my laces are at the desired tension. A dream come true as I found it impossible to tie my shoes with one hand especially in public. As a bonus, the shoe is comfortable and offers good arch support.

The lacing system is a wonder and distributes pressure evenly. I have had diabetes for 25 years and these are the best fitting shoes I have owned.

these shoes have an ugly lacing system with a protruding wheel on the back of the shoe. UGLY UGLY UGLY. and difficult for driving without taking off the shoes.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.

I have had severe foot pain for years and have purchased many expensive pairs of shoes and boots, advertised to help relieve foot pain, only to have another pair sitting around not being worn.

I first started buying sneakers with the Boa lacing system several years ago because I liked the feeling of even lacing pressure from top to bottom that you get without adjusting and fussing with "string" laces. Lately, it''s been hardered and harder to find sneakers wth Boa and I was surprise to find the Drew Austin sneaker which is in my mind more of a hybrid between a shoe and a sneaker and which incorporates the Boa lacing system. I bought it on a gamble and am very pleased. It fits fine, is very comfortable, looks good enough to be worn as casual dresswear and I will definitely buy this product again when it needs replacing.
