I thought people (women? men?) were right when they said that "walking on 6''''is impossible", especially if you have no previous experience on other heel heights (5'''', 4''''...). Or even that it''s impossible just to "stay on them" for more than two minutes.

Are they comfortable? Of course they are not. You don''t wear 6'''' to be comfortable. The reasons are very different. Will you, after a while, be tired of wearing them? Absolutely. Is that a reason not to wear them? No, it isn''t.
