As a dancer who has lost the padding in her feet, I need a well-padded shoe.I also dislike clunky, chunky sandals, preferring a trimmer style that can be worn with both casual and dressy outfits.This sandal is very trim, very well padded, and extremely comfortable.There is only about 1/2" of adjustability in the straps, which was plenty for me but may not be enough for some.

I am a "sandal person".Now that I do not have to wear closed toe shoes or high heels to work, all I wear is sandals.I bought a pair of "Walking Cradles", this style, last August.They have held up quite well with daily wear (I wear them to work every day as well as days off).They are VERY comfortable, and since I am on my feet much of the day, I appreciate that.

When I was reviewing my internet purchases today, I decided that I needed another pair.So I ordered them.

Enough said, I think.If I like them enough to buy a second pair, I obviously recommend them highly.

I am so in love with these sandals that it scares me. I bunged up my toe and have been forced to wear sandals. With lots of clearance. Add to that the fact that my feet are very wide. In other words, I normally have a very difficult time finding shoes and this was just a horror story for me. Thankfully, I found these sandals and read the previous review. I decided that a dancer knows feet--especially her own--and that was about as good a recommendation that I could get. Not only are these sandals amazingly comfortable, they are cute! As in very. I am delighted. I am no longer hobbling and I have actually gotten compliments on my shoes for the first time in years. I''ve got cute shoes!

I purchased these sandals 2 days before a 17-day trip to Europe, risky, as there was no time for a break-in period and a lot of walking. They were the only shoes I wore for the whole trip! I have a wide foot and it is very difficult to find shoes that fit and don''t look like grandma''s. The velcro adjustments allow for an immediate comfortable fit, with the ability to adjust again as the shoe breaks in. The only negative, which I was willing to tolerate and may be unavoidable in black leather sandals, is that the black dye will transfer to your feet if the shoes get wet (we had a few very rainy days). A small price to pay for the comfort, though!
