After doing some research on this brand I decided to get a pair of the Madrid sandals. I am usually a size 9US which is equivalent to size 40, when I received the size 40 Madrid slippers however they were way too big. I contacted the seller who then told me I could exchange them for another size. Let me emphasize that this seller was the most AMAZING seller I''ve dealt with.
