These shoes are very comfortable and pretty. I wear an 8W with bunions and should be a 7 1/2M without the bunions. I should have ordered a 7 1/2 because there is still a lot of toe bed visible when I have them on but that won''t stop me from wearing them. The wide is very wide and roomy but there is a strap to adjust the fit on your ankle. These are very comfortable shoes with no slippage, rubbing, or chafing and great arch support. The traction is a little poor though so be careful adjusting to the feel when you first wear them. The kitchen tile felt a little slippery when I first walked in them so now I am conscious of that & a little more cautious when walking in them.

Clarks has made another high quality shoe with the Sennett Harmony. The leather is supple, and the stitch-work is beautiful... lots of detail. The strap is adjustable with ample holes for a customized fit. And while the footbed is also supportive and comfortable, I''m going to return these. The straps across the base of the toes are configured in a way that only my first 3 toes are visible/out... more coverage than I want in a sandal. I don''t like having straps that cover/rub the tops of my toes... my third toenail is barely out, and I have very long toes. So, as much as these are lovely, I prefer a sandal with less coverage, especially for frequent and active wear.
