I love the workout I get with these shoes. They are not, as another reviewer posted, regular sneakers. They have the rounded sole and in order to get the most from your workout, you must watch the DVD that comes with the shoes which explains how to step in order to maximize your workout. It''s a rolling motion from heel to toe and if you follow the directions, you will notice a huge difference in your workout. Powerwalking takes on whole new meaning in these shoes!

The vendor was excellent about the time I recieved the product. It came unexpectantly early. I love the shoes! I work as a nurse and I am on my feet 12 hours a day. When I wear other shoes I can feel the difference. I do recommend this product highly.

I had high hopes for these shoes. They were definitely much more expensive than my usual brand so perhaps my expectations were higher also.

They arrived very promptly with the free shipping option in far less time than advertised. I do love this about Amazon.

I purchased these shoes for work. I am on my feet all day so having good support and comfortable shoes are a must. These just don''t fit the bill. I wore them for 2 weeks, 10 hour days to give them a fair trial. They were hot, heavy, and I just couldn''t wait to get them off. I was aware of my feet at all times which is NOT a good thing.

The curve of the bottom, thus the rocking motion was also not good for this wearer. The term sea legs come to mind. When I took them off, I found myself still rocking back and forth.

After aborting the shoes in the work place, I tried simple home use. Again, I am very active and our house has 3 levels so we have stairs to contend with. At one point I saw myself pitching forward tumbling down a flight of stairs. Again, this is NOT a good thing.

I do wear them for simple walking outside on even pavement so the shoes are not a total loss for me.I regularly walk 2 miles a day outside. It feels like my gait has had to accommodate the shoe. And yes, I get the rolling motion and that''s fine. I see how it would make you fit. What is bothersome is a side-to-side motion where I sense my feet rolling inwards also. In the end, my feet hurt in even this application. I could not walk 5 miles in these shoes which is also an expectation of a good shoe for me.

I was skeptical about these sneakers, I finally broke sown and bought a pair. To my amazement they are the best sneakers I have ever had. The design of the shoe makes you have perfect posture...walking in them I feel like I am walking on air. I am, a nurse in a busy Emergency Room, I am on my feet every minute, my back feels great, my knees are even better.I bought 2 more pairs for christmas gifts. I love them.

Very pleased with the women''s Skechers Shape Ups Jump Start shoe.They are very comfortable and look great.Size was true to my foot size and fit snug.Walking in them actually felt normal heel to toe roll. I wear them as often as I can, especially during the holiday shopping season.Feeling the mild workout in my legs and my lower back does not ache as much as before when up on my feet all day.Really like this shoe.A bit pricey, but will be watching for sales to get another pair when I can.
