I am very unhappy with this purchase. First let me say that I own 5 other pairs of this exact same shoe, they are my favorite style.When I received this pair I tried them on, and as with new shoes they seemed a bit stiff and snug, but I thought nothing of it since I own several other pair, all in the same size.So off I went to work wearing my new shoes and by lunchtime it was clear that the right shoe is narrower than the left one,it was very uncomfortable.But I thought, well, I''ve worn them so according to Amazon''s guidelines, they cannot be returned, so I have tried to wear them again, hoping they''d "stretch" or something, but to no avail. At this point they are sitting in my closet. I don''t know why one is narrower than the other, but it makes me wonder if the shoes that Amazon is selling are "odd lots" or seconds...unfortunately,I have searched to find a way to talk to a live person at Amazon, but cannot find a telephone number anywhere on the website.So I am out $75, and I have decided not to order shoes from here again.

I have wide feet and have trouble finding comfortable shoes.I ordered my normal size, 8.5 wide and found that the toe box was too narrow (too long and not wide enough).I returned them and ordered a size 8 WW and am thrilled. they are quite comfortable.

I had a similar experience to another "poster".I ordered a blue pair and a black pair.The blacks shoes fit well.The blue were small and tight.I measured them against each other and the blue was definitely smaller.Sadly Amazon would not let me exchange them and the price had increased significantly...so I could not buy them again.One style.Two sizes for the supposed same size.Beware.

the shoes are fine.i like the color and the style.they are basic loafers nothing special, but they''ll suit my purposes when i''m wearing brown clothes and want flats.i haven''t had any opportunities to wear them because they aren''t as comfortable as my grasshopper sneakers.
