My daughter started wearing this shoe at about 16 months. She is walking, running and climbing quite well in these shoes. Love the reinforced toe. The brown & pink color goes with most everything.Your little one can easily wear this shoe to the playground or church.It also doesn''t show scuff marks or stink up like sneakers tend to do.I guess the special material they use for the interior works pretty well.In addition to comfort for your toddler, they will definitely have some toe room. We were able to wear this shoe a bit longer than most.Icing on the cake: earth-friendly!
