Take it from someone who is on their feet all day, in varying types of terrain. I''ma dog-walker! These shoes are fantastic! Very, very light, feels like you''re not wearing anything. The mesh across the top allows air to circulate well. The onlu complaint I have is that the tongue is a bit shirt and slips off to the side sometimes. Also, Avia seems to run about 1/2 size small, so try them on in a retail store before buying online.
