When I first ordered these, I ordered my normal size.The shoes ran a little smaller so they did not fit.I contacted the seller and they gave me all of the information I needed to return for a new size.I shipped the shoes back via UPS and when I tracked the package, it had arrived to their place of business on a Friday.By that Monday, I already had my replacement.You don''t usually see service like that.I would definitely recommend this vendor.Terrific customer service.
